This up to 1-hour online consultation is the perfect starting point, whether you’re planning a wedding, corporate event, private celebration or something uniquely yours. We’ll use this time to understand where you’re at, what you’re envisioning, and how we can best support you moving forward. Whether you’re just beginning or already have a few key pieces in place, we’ll help bring clarity, direction, and expert insight to your planning journey. There’s no pressure and no obligation to commit. Think of it as a relaxed, professional chat to get the ball rolling. And if you do decide to book with Oli Events, the full consultation fee will be credited towards the total cost of your event. You’ll walk away with valuable guidance, a clearer sense of what’s next, and the confidence to move forward. Let’s make your next move feel effortless and a little bit fabulous.


Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Event Planning Consultation: Consultation Fee: • The 1-hour consultation is charged at $150. • There is no obligation to book further services after the consultation. • If you choose to book Oli Events, the full consultation fee will be credited towards your total event cost. • Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session. Cancellations and Rescheduling: • Cancellations with more than 24 hours’ notice can be rescheduled or refunded at no cost. • Other than in exceptional circumstances, if you cancel within 24 hours or don’t attend, the fee is non-refundable.
